Ways to Send orders:

Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days from the payment of the order for ready-made products or depending on the agreement for special orders. The shipping methods are as follows:

• Collection from the company branch, 21st km. 44 Lavriou Ave., Karella Place, Koropi, 19400.

• Shipping nationwide through a transport agency of the customer's choice (the cost of the bill of lading is covered by the customer, so it is good to have it pre-agreed with the agency of your choice).

• Shipping through a courier company, the company cooperates with DORTA DORTA -ELTA COURIER (recommended only for small volume products and the shipping cost is covered by the customer).

• Delivery from the company to the customer - only for orders in Athens. The charge for the shipment is made after consultation with the company and is proportional to the kilometer distance from the order.

Withdrawal / Cancellation / Return of Order:

The buyer in accordance with the provisions of article 4 par. 10 of L.2251 / 1994, reserves the right to cancel at any time all or part of his order without any charge if and when his order has not been shipped. In case the order has been shipped, it can withdraw unjustifiably from the contract of sale of the product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product, returning the product at its own expense, in its original condition (intact, unused and without the original packaging has been altered), accompanied by the corresponding sales document.

Product Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the issuance of the document, when the following conditions apply:

2. The packaging of the product is intact and has not been violated.

3. The product has not been used.
